月曜日は嫌いだ。
連日環境問題に関する記事が新聞の一面を飾っている
僕が確か中学校３年生の時に、京都で締結された条約が来年から効力を発する
2008年から2012の間に、1990年比で日本は6%二酸化炭素を削減しなくてはいけなかったが、
２００６年時点では１９９０年から6.4%も増えたと言う。
日経新聞に載っていた、90年度比で産業部門では5.6%減ったのに対して、家庭部門では30.4%も増えたという統計は非常に気になる。
いくら技術革新が進んでも、一人一人の意識が変わらなければ、結局はあまり意味がないと思わされる。
最近環境問題の記事をたくさんよむ度に
将来の人が同じ記事を読んでどう思うだろうかと思う
「どうして過去の人は、何もやらなかったのだろう」と思われてしまうような気がする。
I hate Mondays.
I realised that, recently, at least one or two articles on the front page of the Nikkei newspaper is on environmental issues.
I think I was in the 9th grade when the Kyoto protocol was agreed.
The relevant period stated in that protocol will start from next year
In-between 2008 and 2012, Japan has to reduce the CO2 emmission levels by 6% compared to 1990 level.
However, as of 2006, the COs level has increased by 6.4%
A statisic on the Nikkei Newspaper annoyed me a lot, which read that although the industry sector has reduced the CO2 level by 5.6%,
the household sector has increased it by 30.4%
It makes me think techonological innovation is no use when each individual is indifferent
I often imagine, when I see articles on the paper,
what would the people in the future think when they read the same article
They must say, "why didn't they act, despite the warnings?".
