この前の教会バザーで８００円で購入した一人用の土鍋を使って、一人鍋をした。
鍋と聞くと、料理の初心者は「あら、めんどくさい」と思いがちだが、
僕の鍋、その名も「F１鍋」は非常に効率良く作られていて、既存の料理の常識を覆す調理方法となっている。
なんといっても、所要調理時間わずか５分。
作り方も簡単だ。冷蔵庫にあるありったけの野菜を切って、放り込むだけ（文字通り）。
今日のは「応用」F-1鍋だったので、豚肉も入っていたが、初心者はここまでやる必要はない。
味付けはポン酢とかがあれば良いと初心者は思いがちだが、そんなものなくても、うどんのタレで十分に代用できる。
これから僕は「F-1クッキング」という新しいジャンルを開拓しようと思う。
しまいには、テレビで「今日のF−１クッキング」という人気番組をもつようになり、
将来的には、「忙しいときのF−１クッキング」という本を出版する予定だ。
忙しいビジネスマンをターゲットに作成されたこの本は、料理本史上の大ミリオンセラーになり、僕はこの鍋をもとに一躍大スターになってしまう。
とそこまで、夢を膨らめた後、
そのF−１鍋を一口食べたら、急に厳しい現実が眼前に広がった。
どうやらターゲットを「味の分からない忙しいビジネスマン」に変えたほうがよさそうだ。
I took out an
earthen pot which I bought for 800 yen at the Church bazaar in September, and
cooked “hot pot” for dinner.
When you
hear the word “hot pot”, people, especially those who are at an early stage of
their cooking lives, tend to think “oh it must be so difficult”,
but good
news is that my hot pot is not the case.
My hot pot,
which I named “F-1 Hot Pot” follows an efficient cooking process and it is
unlike any other existing cooking methods available today… on earth.
Above all,
it only takes 5 minutes from the start to finish.
And
moreover, it’s very easy to cook.
All you got
to do, is to throw in (literally) all the vegetables in your fridge in the hot
pot, and that’s it.
Well, today’s
hot pot was an “applied” version, so I threw in some pork, but the beginners
don’t need to do this until they get used to the normal version.
With
regards to the seasoning, the beginners tend to use “ponzu (some sour lemon
like soup)” but, actually, all you need is Udon sauce.
I’m going
to pioneer a new genre called “F-1 cooking”.
I’ll
probably end up hosting a popular TV show, which I’ll probably call it “Today’s
F-1 Cooking”,
and perhaps
in the future, I’m going to publish a book titled “F-1 Cooking for Busy Times”.
This book,
targeted at busy businesspersons, will become the million-seller hit in the
cooking books’ history.
And I’ll
become the STAR in the cooking industry.
After
expanding my imagination up to that point, I had my first bite of the F-1 hot
pot,
and
suddenly, I felt a strong force pulling me back to the harsh reality.
I better
redefine my target to “busy businesspersons with no sense of taste”.
