今日やっと引越しができた。
地区の教会が所有している家で、この前まで牧師先生が住んでいた素敵な家だ。
だから家の名前も番号の代わりに「ヴィカレージ」という名前で住所登録されている。
学生が４人で住むには少し大きすぎる家だけど、家賃も平均並なので文句はない。
まだ家には、テーブルもなければ椅子も、ベッドもとにかく何もない．．．
月曜日まで床に雑魚寝だよ。
布団と思って寝れば大丈夫、腰にも負担がかからないからノープロブラム！
なんちゃって。
やっと引越しができて一安心。ようやく落ち着ける。
We finally managed to move in today.
The house is owned by the diocese of Winchester and just until recently, a vicar used to live in it.
So instead of the house number our house is registered in the address book as 'the Vicarage', which is quite cool in a sense.
It's a bit too big for four students, but the rent is very reasonable given the size.
We don't have any furniture yet, no bed, no table, chairs, no fridge, nothing...
I have to sleep on the floor till monday...
Well, I'll just think it as a rather coarse futon, good for my back oh to be sure. Yeah right...
But I'm so happy as I can now really start to settle.
